Refund policy

Damages

If you the product is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted after 5 days cannot be accepted.

Shipping

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If you have not received your package but it shows that it was delivered, please contact your local carrier to check for delivery errors or held packages.

If your tracking shows no delivery update, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to file a lost-package claim.

Returns

We do not accept returns.

Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Since all of our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
